Make vegan bread rolls for winter snacks

  • Bread – 2 slices
  • Sprinkle cumin seeds
  •  Chopped carrots – 1 nos
  • Peas – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped hanger – No. 4
  •  Chopped onion – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger-garlic paste – half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric – pinch, chilli – half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Neem – 4-5 pages
  •  Oil – to boil
  • How to make:

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and cumin seeds. Then add the onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute until the onion is light brown.Now add chopped carrots, peas, flakes and salt all over until the vegetables are slightly soften ed. Then add coriander powder, turmeric, chilli and garammasala and shake a few timesRemove the chopped coriander from the heat and shake. Cut the edges of the slices of bread and gently fold them in the hand. Now put the stuffing of the vegetables in the middle and roll the slice. Water its edges and seal from all fours.You can now heat oil in the pan and fry these wedge bread rolls with oranges or shells.
