Chunks of soft cottage cheese, simmered in a mildly spiced creamy spin ach puree, offers a great balance of taste and texture. This nutritious dish is also one of the best ways to make kids eat their share of leafy greens without a fuss!

The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI Bhuna Masala Gravy 1 pack
  • Spinach 500 gms
  • Water 2 cups (300 ml)
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Green Chillies 2, slit
  • Turmeric Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Paneer 250 gms., cut into ½ inch cubes
  • Ginger 1 inch piece, julienned

Add 1 teaspoon of kasoori methi and 2 tablespoons of cream to your dish for Kasoori Palak Paneer.
