Palak Paneer is one of those dishes that can even turn a boring weekday meal into som ething to look forward to, especially if you love paneer! Chunks of soft cottage cheese, simmered in a mildly spiced creamy spin ach puree, offers a great balance of taste and texture. This nutritious dish is also one of the best ways to make kids eat their share of leafy greens without a fuss!
The Ingredient List
- MAGGI Bhuna Masala Gravy 1 pack
- Spinach 500 gms
- Water 2 cups (300 ml)
- Oil 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Green Chillies 2, slit
- Turmeric Powder ½ teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon
- Paneer 250 gms., cut into ½ inch cubes
- Ginger 1 inch piece, julienned
